The Arrival

A part of me was anxious, excited, overwhelmed, and the rest was sleepy. Tired, no sleep, no shower but I did not mind because I'm in Thailand anyway.

I've had many of my firsts in this project such as first ride in a plane and first international travel. Prior to the flight, I consulted my cousin of the things I need to do and prepare but I guess she did not warn me enough of how stressful travelling could get, especially for a first-timer.

We landed safe in Bangkok and that's what mattered that time. Thanks to Ma'am Ying and company for catching us in the airport.

The Departure

`The hardest and saddest part of it all -- the goodbyes.

After a month of togetherness, it was finally time to wave our goodbye to each other.

As soon as we arrived at the airport, tears started to form around our eyes.

It's not entirely the place we're going to miss on a trip but the people who made that unfamiliar place feel like home.
